After I showed the previous comic to the folks of Incite and got a less-than-favourable reaction, I drew this one in about ten minutes as a substitute, but then neglected to scan it for a couple of months. If you look carefully in the top-right corner, you can see the MSU logo on the other side of the paper showing through.
The podium represents freedom.
